SI Engineering is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Assistant based in our Downtown New York office. We are seeking a candidate to work with firm principals to manage proposals, and other marketing efforts. Experience in the A/E/C industry is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Updating and maintaining records of marketing materials
Developing new marketing materials, typically utilizing Adobe InDesign or Microsoft Office suite
Assisting in developing proposals and responses to solicitations that highlight our firm's expertise and strategic approach
Compilation of materials required for proposals, including coordination between parties
Creating original content for the proposal including cover letters, summaries, and developing exceptional graphics
Reviewing and editing marketing materials, resumes, and proposals

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, or related field preferred
Experience in the A/E/C industry preferred
2+ years of marketing experience preferred
Strong writing, editing, and computer skills
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and focus on quality and consistency
Strong Adobe InDesign and Microsoft office skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to simultaneously coordinate multiple pursuits and/or tasks from inception to completion

Expected salary range is $55,000 - $70,000 annually. Actual compensation will be dependent on the individual’s qualifications, skills, experience, and physical work location.
