We are seeking a Construction Inspector to support REI Services for a New York City Design and Construction (NYCDDC) infrastructure project located in Manhattan, NY.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring contractor’s work
  • Ensuring construction is as per the plans and specifications
  • Preparing daily reports
  • Assisting Office Engineer as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualification & Skills: 
  • 8+ years of REI/CM experience on infrastructure projects
  • 4+ years of experience working on NYCDDC projects preferred
  • Experience working in a dense urban environment required
  • Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering required
  • ACI-I certification required
  • OSHA 30 required
Expected salary range is $90,000 - $120,000 annually. Actual compensation will be dependent on the individual’s qualifications, skills, experience, and physical work location.
